At this stage we collect only the information you actively and voluntarily provide:
- Your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you submit a form (workshop registration, coaching inquiry, newsletter signup, or contact request).
- Any additional details you choose to share in messages or during workshops/coaching sessions (always with your clear consent).
- Order information when you purchase products through our Fullscript integration (this is processed directly by Fullscript — we receive only limited confirmation details).
We (CP Health) do not collect or use IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, or any other technical/usage data for tracking, analytics, or personalization. We collect as little as possible. Like any website, ours is hosted by a third-party provider (Vercel), which processes standard server and edge logs — these can include information such as IP addresses — solely for security, abuse prevention, and reliable content delivery. We do not use that hosting data to track, profile, or analyze you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Respond to your inquiries and process workshop or coaching registrations.
- Fulfill product orders through our Fullscript partnership.
- Send you the educational content or event information you requested (easy unsubscribe at any time).
- Improve our educational offerings based on direct feedback you choose to give.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses only a small number of essential, strictly-functional cookies that are necessary for features you choose to use. Specifically:
- Wallet-connection cookies that simply remember which Cardano wallet you connected, so the site can reconnect it for you when you reload the page.
- Administrator session cookies that exist only when a site administrator signs in to our private admin area, to keep that login secure.
We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We have no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking pixels, and no behavioral-profiling tools of any kind. The web fonts on our site are self-hosted and built into the site, so simply visiting our pages does not send requests to outside font services or other third-party servers for tracking purposes.
If we ever add analytics or measurement tools in the future to better understand how our community engages with our educational material, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide clear notice, and give you choice where possible.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only when necessary and with your trust in mind:
- With Fullscript for product order fulfillment and support (you are also subject to Fullscript's Privacy Statement).
- With essential service providers (such as email delivery for newsletters or form processing) that are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- When required by law or to protect safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info.cphealth@pm.me. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click. If you are in California or the EU/UK, you have additional legal rights — we will honor them fully.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same care we bring to our integrated-health philosophy.

Links to Fullscript or other partners take you to their platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
