Meet Fletcher

Founder of CP Health

Thirty-two years ago, a serious spinal injury set me on a long, personal journey to understand how the body actually heals and thrives. That experience — combined with years as a trauma and intensive-care nurse — taught me profound lessons about compassion, presence, and what it means to support people through some of the most vulnerable and painful moments of their lives.

My story

I was fortunate to bring a background in sports medicine into clinical care, where the biopsychosocial and neuroscience principles of pain management proved invaluable. Over more than 14 years supporting Veterans and others navigating chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and nervous-system dysregulation, I’ve seen again and again how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen and supported.

Much of that time went to something deceptively hard: building integrative programs and systems of care — weaving complementary, whole-person approaches into conventional medicine. In large healthcare systems, that’s like turning a giant ship, and rarely a willing one. It took listening, empathy, persistence, and the ability to speak each person’s language — from frontline clinicians to managers to executives — framing every idea around shared goals. I came to love that work because of what happened in people’s lives when integrative care finally reached their treatment plans.

These experiences — personal and professional — continue to shape everything I do. They taught me that real healing and resilience emerge when we honor the deep interconnection between body, mind, and spirit.

“Your body already knows how to heal — it just needs the right support and the space to remember.”

My approach & philosophy

I’m trained in Interactive Guided Imagery, HeartMath Coherence Advantage, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Integrative Restoration (iRest), among other mind-body practices. What I love most is translating complex science — particularly pain neuroscience, the microbiome, and nervous-system regulation — into clear, understandable language that helps people feel more empowered in their own wellness journey.

Outside of the work, I enjoy silly humor, playful activities, and meeting life with a beginner’s mind — even with things I know well. I find deep joy in time with family and friends, in both relaxation and challenging adventures, and I usually have a few creative projects or books going at once. Curiosity, presence, and lightheartedness shape how I show up for others.

At its core, my approach is rooted in embodiment and “Value for Value” — building systems and relationships where real, meaningful exchange happens, whether in healthcare, community, or the Cardano ecosystem.

Why I built CP Health

CP Health has been emerging for years, shaped by many influences. One of the strongest has been the encouragement of dozens of Veterans, patients, and their families urging me to bring this work to a wider audience. That seed took time to root and find its form.

Another influence has been the Cardano ecosystem. Since first learning about it in 2018–2019, I’ve been inspired by its principles of sound money, true ownership, decentralization, and long-term thinking — ideas that align deeply with what I’ve learned through my own healing and clinical work.

I believe in Value for Value: giving something meaningful in return for the trust and participation people offer. That’s why I started the CarPool stake pool, contributed to education and governance, and now bring my clinical background into this space.

CP Health is my way of contributing something real. We begin with professional-grade supplements through our Fullscript dispensary — with special member pricing and growing benefits for those who delegate to CarPool. Over time, we’ll expand into personalized coaching, community workshops, Adaptive Tai Chi, Interactive Guided Imagery, and more — all designed to support vitality, resilience, and embodied well-being.

Whether you come for the supplements, the community offerings, or curiosity about Cardano itself, I hope this work serves as a bridge — helping people discover tools that support their health while exploring systems that support a better future.
